Q.Does the acupuncture hurt?
A. The needles are as thin as a hair, so there's very little pain. It varies by person, but most clients say it hurt less than they expected.
Q.Is it hygienic?
A. All needles are single-use and disposable. There's no risk of infection, so please rest assured.
Q.What areas do you cover?
A. We're based in Shinjuku and travel throughout Tokyo and nearby areas. If you're outside this range, please contact us on LINE, as we may still be able to help.
Q.Is there a mobile service fee?
A. The mobile service fee is included in the treatment price. Transportation costs are charged separately and vary depending on your location. If a private treatment space is required, a facility fee may also apply. We will confirm any additional costs before your appointment.

Q.Can I be treated somewhere other than home?
A. Yes. If treatment at your home or hotel isn't convenient, we can arrange a private space instead. Please discuss details with us when booking.
Q.Do I need to change clothes?
A. Generally not. Depending on the treatment and location, we may ask you to change. We'll let you know the details when booking.
Q.Do I need to prepare anything?
A. We bring everything needed for treatment, including needles, towels, and oil.
Since treatment takes place at your home or hotel, please just have a bed or futon space available for lying down.

Q.Can facial acupuncture cause bruising?
A. Bruising can occasionally occur, but it usually fades naturally within 1-2 weeks. Please let us know beforehand if this is a concern.
Q.Can I be treated after drinking alcohol?
A. Treatment may be possible after light drinking if you feel fine, but we may decline depending on the amount consumed and your condition.

Q.What payment methods do you accept?
A. Cash is our standard payment method.
Q.Are late-night appointments available?
A. Depending on availability and area, we can accommodate late-night treatments. Please feel free to ask.
Q.How do I make a reservation?
A. We accept bookings and inquiries through our official LINE account. Please let us know your preferred date, location, and menu.
Q.I've never had acupuncture or bodywork before, is that OK?
A. Of course. We'll carefully explain each step so first-time clients can feel at ease throughout the session.

- Taking medication for heart or cerebrovascular disease
- Severe migraines (guideline: no attacks for 3 months)
- Weakened immune function (Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease, Graves' disease)
- Prone to bleeding or bruising easily
Post-Procedure
- Avoid Botox injection sites (3 months)
- Within 3 months of a facelift (avoid treatment)
- Within 2 months of gold thread lifting (avoid treatment)
- After laser treatment (3 weeks recovery needed)
- After chemical peel / skin resurfacing (2 weeks, at least 1 week minimum)
